Что нужно делать
- Coordination of work of AP team (4 people) - set up of goals, control on performance, training of new comers etc.
- Account payable accounting – collection, check and archiving of documents, posting, reconciliation of settlements, communication with initiators of expenses and suppliers.
- Leading of AP financial closing incl.accruals.
- Inter-company reconciliation.
- Control on vendors' open items and non-invoiced PO.
- Control over PO procedure compliance.
- Check of currency control compliance in the part of AP - non-residents.
- Leading of AP projects, incl.electronic document flow implementation, other improvements (technical task set up, communication with IT, testing etc)
Мы ожидаем, что вы
- Higher education degree in finance or economics
- SAP FI module user experience
- Experience of work in the accounting department minimum 3 years, at least part of time with account payables
- Experience of supervising people.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, especially MS Excel.
- At least intermediate level of English.
- Strong communication skills.
- Bent for work with figures, analytical skills, strong motivation for self-development. Ability and wish for learning.
