Что нужно делать
- Creating and executing a strong performance marketing strategy & execution plan
- Developing and managing Performance campaigns (Planning, Real-time analytics & Optimization (COOP & Retail media w retailers, always on campaign, promo, new launches and SIS)
- Boosting & Display programs on Pure Players & Marketplaces web-sites (Bid strategy and adjustment of boosting rates on MP, Purchase of display program placements via PA)
- Managing budgets and campaigns across all digital channels to drive strong return on investment and efficient
- One pager development & Ensuring successful planning, execution, optimization for key traffic KPIs
- Identifying and testing new channels to continue to meet or exceed established critical metrics
- Working closely with the management to share funnel conversion improvement ideas, feedback & present results.

- Experience in performance marketing from 3 years
- Familiar with advertising cabinets; deep understanding of digital tools, such as Google Analytics, Yandex Metrics, SEO, web-form
- Proactive, result oriented, responsible
- Strong analytical skills.
- Multitasking and exceptional attention to details; good communication and negotiation skills
- Excel & PPT: Advanced User
- English: Upper-Intermediate
