Что нужно делать
- Loyalty programs (all types of required POSM&displays, videos & landings).
- Development of different type of in-store projects for support SEB position and presence in mass market (Catman, brands zones, promo stands, etc.) and control at all stages (design, production, approval, installation).
- Coordination of all projects’ participants (various departments, agencies, clients).
- Creation of necessary projects documentation (instructions, guidelines, planograms, etc.).
- Regular assessment of project performance (ROMI calculation, KPI analysis).
- Support of sustainable zones life (repairs, photo reports, etc.).
Мы ожидаем, что вы
- Strong analytical skills.
- Experience in developing Brand zones, POSM at all stages autonomously (idea, design, production, installation).
- Excellent skill in coordinating the work of agencies, as well as monitoring deadlines.
- Knowledge of performance assessment methods (ROMI calculation) and key business indicators (KPI).
- Ability to multitask and exceptional attention to details.
- Time-management and the ability to work with clear deadlines.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Excel – Advanced User
- English: Upper-Intermediate.
